I found a pile of cd’s in a box recently. On one of those cd’s was a collection of music best described as ethereal and a bit different then what I usually compose. Some are song structured entities; others are a vague explorations of cerebral- and metaphysical processes expressed in sound.

It gave me comfort to compose. It gave me comfort discovering the music again and it gives me comfort to share it with you although it is quite confronting to share the sonic equivalent of a lifetime of therapy sessions. But hey, if you feel that radical honesty is the way forward, one should practice while preaching.

So, I can’t put a tag on this project, but the fact that it is just me doing stuff with mostly electronics and samples. No particular style or genre, just me and the practice of a mindfulness of the darker kind.

The songs are all composed in the early 2000’s. I just did a new master to make it a bit more compatible with current ways to consume music. I also arranged some videos I feel compliment the vibe.

All songs are composed while combining sequences and live playing. I left minor “mistakes” or “disbalance in the sound” not to hinder the flow of expression. I had to overcome a lot to leave things as they were once put together. That itch that something is not perfect … Well, shit ain’t perfect, but the message that is hidden in the vibrations matters way more to me than the false claim to perfection.

In the next months I will release some more music under this banner.
